Eh, Howzit!


What is your favorite fish to eat and how do you prepare it?


issue1-2009-eh-howzitKumu is definitely my favorite fish because of its sweet flesh that is firm yet delicate. Steamed, Chinese-style is the only way to go, with those mysterious Chinese herbs and special shoyu-oil sauce. Ono!

Uhu I like to stuff my uhu with lots of mayo,  lup chong and tomatoes. I wrap the fish up in foil and make sure it’s sealed. Then I stick it on the grill for about an hour and it always turns out great!
